A streamlined booking workflow designed to reduce booking friction, cognitive load, and user drop-off.

During my research, I found that users struggle to book online services because booking flows are often complicated and overhelmed with too much information which leads to confusion and drop offs.
To address this problem, I designed a simple and intuitive three-step booking flow—Browse, Schedule, and Confirm—with the goal of enabling users to complete a booking in under one minute.
Analyzed user behavior, existing platforms, and booking pain points to identify friction areas and drop-off triggers.
Created a minimal three-step flow focused on clarity, speed, and reducing cognitive load at each step.
Designed clean, task-focused interfaces with clear CTAs, icons, and progress indicators to guide users.
The header was intentionally kept minimal to avoid distraction and keep users focused on booking a service. A bold hero headline communicates the core value proposition, while the primary CTA immediately moves users into the booking flow.
Users select their preferred date and time using a simple calendar interface and proceed with one click.
Users enter only essential information required to deliver the service, keeping the form short and focused.
Users review booking details, confirm the service, and receive a confirmation email instantly.
Simplified steps and focused content reduced decision fatigue during booking.
Users were able to complete the booking flow in under one minute.
Clear structure and progress indicators increased confidence before confirmation.
Overall, the flow is designed to be fast, clear, and intuitive, allowing users to complete a service booking confidently and without friction.
